Code of Conduct

1. Professional Standards
All employees are expected to treat colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and professionalism, regardless of role, seniority, or department.

2. Conflicts of Interest
Employees must disclose any outside business activity, financial interest, or personal relationship that could reasonably be seen as a conflict of interest with their role at the company. Disclosures are made through the HR portal.

3. Confidential Information
Employees must not share confidential company information, including unreleased product plans, financial results, or customer data, outside of the company without proper authorization.

4. Anti-Harassment and Reporting
The company has zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination of any kind. Employees who experience or witness a violation can report it confidentially through the HR hotline or directly to their HR Business Partner. Reports are investigated promptly, and retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

5. Gifts and Entertainment
Employees may accept business gifts or entertainment from vendors or partners only if the value is modest (under $100) and the gift does not create an appearance of improper influence.

6. Use of Company Resources
Company equipment, accounts, and systems are provided for business use. Limited, reasonable personal use is permitted as long as it does not interfere with work responsibilities or violate other company policies.
