Remote and Hybrid Work Policy

1. Standard Hybrid Schedule
Employees whose roles are based at an office location follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week. Specific in-office days are set by each team's manager.

2. Fully Remote Roles
Some roles are designated fully remote and do not require regular office attendance. Converting an office-based or hybrid role to fully remote requires written approval from a Vice President.

3. Core Collaboration Hours
Regardless of work location, employees are expected to be reachable and available for meetings between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in their local time zone. This is referred to as the "core hours" window.

4. Home Office Equipment
Employees working remotely for two or more days per week are eligible for a one-time home office stipend of $300 to cover items such as a monitor, chair, or desk.

5. Temporary Remote Work
Employees may work remotely on a temporary basis (for example, while traveling) for up to 20 consecutive business days per calendar year without additional approval. Longer temporary arrangements require manager sign-off.

6. International Remote Work
Working remotely from outside the country listed on an employee's offer letter is not permitted without prior approval from HR and Legal, due to tax and employment law considerations.
