Yes, there is a customer loyalty program. It is possible to subscribe to the program if there are more than 2 recorded invoices. Check if the customer has more than 2 recorded invoices and tell them they can get the program Do not subscribe the customer automatically, instead ask if they want to suscribe to the program

Can I subscribe to the customer loyalty program?
