Users on the 'Additional dashboard users" list will be given 'Read dashboards' permission to this project. Their actual permissions will remain identical.

Users and groups with 'Write dashboards' permission will now have the ability to edit and promote any dashboard in this project.

Public dashboards will no longer be promoted on the dashboard row of the classic DSS homepage; however, they remain visible and accessible to users in this project.
