Global permissions

Impersonation in webapps

When a webapps runs as a given user U1, and a user U2 connects to it, the webapp can perform API calls to the DSS API on behalf of U2. This requires U1 to belong to a group which has the permission to "impersonate in webapp" a group to which U2 belongs. By default, only administrators can impersonate.
